Cullman Senior Shindig 2016

The always popular Cullman Senior Shindig was held Friday morning, May 13th at Sportsman Lake Park.

About 250 Cullman area Seniors citizen began to descend upon the park around 9:00 am. They streamed in for the Shindig … in cars, bicycles, on foot and CARTS buses filled to the max.

The Roy Crawford and the Cullman County Bluegrass Band were the featured musical guest on the stage at Sportsman Lake Park. They tore it up.

The Seniors were will be treated to all park attractions. Most stayed close to the stage and vendor area. And why not? It was perfect spring weather with mild temperatures and a gently breeze. Plus, the were entertained in a non-stop fashion with a:

★ Talent Show
★ Buck Dancing
★ The Twist
★ Hula Hoop
★ Sweet Tooth Contest
