Motor Vehicle Impacts Pedestrian In White City Air Evac Called In

The location was on private property along County Road 610 north and east of the White City Community.

Emergency responders from Johnsons Crossing Fire & EMS along with a medical team from Cullman Emergency Medical Services have responded to a Cullman e-911 call concerning pedestrian and motor vehicle accident.

The location was on private property along County Road 610 north and east of the White City community.

Both agencies medical called stabilized the male pedestrian at the scene. The patient was then transported by ambulance to a helicopter landing zone set-up at the Johnsons Crossing Fire State #1.

From there, the 3-man Air Evac Lifeteam crew departed with the patient. From the direction of aerial flight, they appeared headed towards the University of Alabama Medical Center.

The extent and severity of the man’s injuries are not publicly known. However, they were serious enough to warrant transport to a Level 1 Trauma Center.
