IMAGES Opening Weekend At WILD WATER

The season at WILD WATER goes until Labor Day … exclusively at Cullman Wellness & Aquatics Center.

Memorial Day weekend is the season-opening debut of the newly renovated WILD WATER facility at Cullman Wellness & Aquatic Center.

Over 500 people turned out on Saturday alone. Most everyone we spoke with had rave reviews enjoying the many amenities available.

The season at WILD WATER goes until Labor Day … exclusively at Cullman Wellness & Aquatics Center.

Here is what you need to know:


Monday – Friday: 10 am to 6 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 5 pm
Sunday: 1 pm to 6 pm


Single day passes = $10 per person.

Season passes = $300 for up to four people (while supplies last).

Children 2 and under are free!


The Torque: Ride the wave down this 40-foot tube-style slide! Hang on tight at the end for a 5-foot drop-off into the pool below at speeds of up to 40 miles per hour! You must be at least 42″ tall to ride.

Side Swipe: This 30-foot tube-style slide shoots riders down at zipping speeds before plunging into the leisure pool by Drift River, perfect for racing your friends side-by-side with Blitz.

Blitz: This 30-foot classic open-style water slide sends riders down side-by-side with Side Swipe before plunging into the leisure pool by Drift River, making it perfect for a race with friends or a thrill ride to the bottom!

Splash Station: This kids’ play area includes a splash bucket and a short, 10-foot tube-style slide that is perfect for the little ones!

Drift River: This lazy river sends you around Wild Water, ending at a leisure pool in front of Side Swipe and Blitz.

Additional attractions include both high and low diving boards and an eight-lane competition pool.


Oasis Grill & Bistro: This full-scale restaurant by the pool offers both traditional snacks, including popcorn, nachos, candy, and chips, as well as full meals, including pizza, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken fingers, salads, and more!

Cabanas: Cabanas are available to rent any day of the week for $85. These are perfect for your party, church, group, or personalized day by the pool!


Half-Price Monday Nights: $5 per person from 6 pm – 9 pm every Monday night of the season

Wednesday Church Group Nights: $5 per person for church groups of any size from 6 pm – 9 pm every Wednesday night of the season

Member Thursday Nights: CWAC members get extended hours every Thursday night through the season from 6 pm – 9 pm
