Cullman Police Bust Up Vinemont Counterfeiting Operation

Cullman Apartment Building Scene Of Narcotics Arrest

A apartment building in the southwest portion of the City of Cullman was the scene of narcotics arrest on Tuesday.

Sergeant Chris Thomason along with Police Officers Dustin Colburn, Cole Kelley and Trey Higginbotham were dispatched to an apartment building based upon resident complaints concerning drug activity at the location.

The officers approached and spoke with a person of interest at the apartment. They gained this individual’s consent to search the residence.

During a search of the residence, Officers recovered:

• Nineteen (19 ) Hydrocodone 10mg pills (schedule 2 controlled substance)

• Multiple items of Drug Paraphernalia

Marijuana and Methamphetamine pipes along with other various drug paraphernalia items.

The Officers promptly arrested:

Lindsay Nicole Schmale (35) of the City of Cullman

Schmale was transported to the Cullman County Detention Center where was booked and processed. She has since bonded out.

Schmale faces the following criminal charges:

• Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance

• Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
