Cullman Mission Of Hope & Heart + Two Incredible Raffle Giveaways
After they finished 21 days of prayer, Katie and Jacob Fine, owners of Karma’s Coffee House in downtown Cullman, knew that the thought of a Mission Trip was tugging at their heart strings.
After much thought, prayer, and careful consideration, they opted to make the journey to New York City’s Dream Center to work alongside others in the community to make a difference in the lives of New Yorkers.
Katie also wanted to overcome her fear of flying, so they chose to fly somewhere in the United States to do their mission work.
The Dream Center NYC exists to serve New Yorkers right where they are to where God dreams for them to be.
Katie and Jacob will be spreading Christ’s love and a message of hope through loving actions in the community. Unfortunately, the mission trip has significant costs involved. They are trying to raise money for their trip to The Dream Center, where they will make a difference in the lives of others.
They are asking for your help in one of three ways:
#1: Pray for them as they venture out on this journey
#2: Donate if your heart feels moved to do so

About New York City’s Dream Center
We Get to Serve. We Get to Share. Various community missions and projects include:
ADOPT-A-BLOCK engages individuals who live in public housing. By throwing block parties and holding free community markets – this program allows families to receive much-needed household goods while showing them respect and maintaining their dignity. Creating this fun atmosphere gives space for relationships to build, humanity to thrive, and lifeless guilt-ridden handouts to be a thing of the past. Adopt a new outlook on serving your community. Adopt-A-Block with us.
RESTORE is an immediate, need-based program geared towards the homeless and underserved people of New York. Temporary relief stations are set up throughout the city where hot meals, clothing, personal hygiene items, blankets, and referrals to emergency shelters and other programs are provided. Enjoy this opportunity to help those in need. Restore life and opportunity to New Yorkers in need and, in turn, yourself as well.
RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANCE connects volunteers to clients throughout the city and facilitates weekly visits to their homes. This program serves a predominantly elderly community at no cost to them. Each in-home visit is sculpted to fit the needs of that particular client. These tours range from something as simple as sitting around having a conversation to deep-cleaning their home or providing minor renovations. Help us bring hope and health to a forgotten group in our city.
