Judge Tammy Brown Says VOTE VOTE VOTE Tomorrow
TOMORROW, you will be voting in either the DEMOCRAT or REPUBLICAN PRIMARY ELECTION FOR U.S. SENATE.
Tammy Brown, Judge of Probate and Chief Election Official, wants to remind you of the following:
√ Sample Ballots are available at the Probate Office
√ If a voter is not certain of her/his voting location, please contact the Board of Registrars before the election date at 256-775-4697
√ Election Precincts Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
√ A voter must choose to vote in the Democratic or Republican Primary
√ Valid Driver License or Identification is required and must be presented. (A list of acceptable forms of I.D. will be at each precinct.)

PRIMARY & PRIMARY RUN-OFF ELECTION INFORMATION ACT #2017-34 PASSED BY LEGISLATORS:
The elector (“Voter”) votes in a primary election, then he or she may vote in the subsequent primary run-off but only of the SAME POLITICAL PARTY that he or she voted in the primary election for which the run-off election is being held.
For those persons who did not vote in the Primary Election, he or she may choose either party’s in the Primary Run-Off Election.
The Cross-Over Rule starts over with each election cycle and only applies to Primary and Primary Run-Off Elections. It does not apply to a General Election.
Primary Election final results will be at the Cullman County Courthouse, 3rd Floor
