Karma in Cullman is bringing a Suicide Awareness to Cullman.

There will be a walk in honor of those lives lost to suicide and for those who fight to live and speak out.

The goal is to bring awareness to the illness that is affecting our community more and more every day. Karma in Cullman works to support those who are fighting daily with depression as well as strive to help people remove the stigma surrounding mental illness.

In this interview, Director of Karma In Cullman – Rachel Bryant – goes deep into her own personal challenge with suicide while explaining the many important aspects of this event:

This super supportive event will convene at 3 pm Saturday (9/9) and run until 6 pm at Depot Park in downtown Cullman.
