West Elementary School Veterans Day Program Hits Every Mark

Dr. Jay Page led West Elementary School students, teachers, administrators and parents in honoring military veterans Thursday.

The school hosted two showings of their annual Veterans Day program.

This presentation hit every mark; it could easily be a Veterans Day model any and all schools could follow.

The was a lot to like during our visit for the 1:15 pm showing:

West Elementary fifth-graders made their way to the front of the gymnasium by way of the back door. The Cullman Police Department Color Guard the followed them to begin the program.
