The Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce celebrated the first year of their innovative, forward-thinking ‘Converging for Success‘ campaign Tuesday night at Stone Bridge Farms.

This private, invitation-only Victory Party included:

An Opening Prayer by Susan Copeland

An Explanation of ‘Converging for Success’ from Jason Grimmett

Public Recognition of the Leadership & Investors involved with the campaign

• A riveting talk on Funding Solution by Fred Mickelson

Report to Investors by Leah Bolin

Ultimately, the event was a party celebrating campaign leadership as well as a progress report to investors on the progress accrued so far with the Converging for Success initiative.

The campaign has already achieved it’s initial $1.75 million funding goal.

Plans for the ongoing expansion and economic development of Cullman is solidly and fluidly in-progress.

A long list of individuals and organizations were directly honored on stage, each gifted a LARGE beautiful wall hanging, for their support and commitment. The roster of so honored strategic partners included:

‘Converging For Success’ is a 5-year plan which outlines in detailed precision the conceptual future of Cullman.

President and CEO of the Cullman Area Chamber of Commerce Leah Bolin explained the broad details in an interview after the event ended:

Jason Grimmett, a campaign co-chair, concluded the Victory Party with a simple summation:

“… we’re already making great progress towards our five-year goals. We’re just getting warmed up. We still have a lot of work left to do.”
