A four-vehicle mishap in the southbound lanes of Interstate 65 has the roadway completely shut down.

The accident occurred near Mile Marker 313 in the southbound lanes.

An Air Evac Lifeteam medical helicopter has just flown out one on of the injured to a Trauma Center outside of Cullman County.
