IN THE PROBATE COURT OF CULLMAN COUNTY, ALABAMA

In Re: The Petition for the Incorporation of the Town of Berlin, Alabama

NOTICE OF ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that a petition and plat have been filed in the office of Tammy Brown, Probate Judge of Cullman County, Alabama, signed by at least 15% of the qualified electors of the county and residents of the community therein specifically bounded, stating that it is desired to incorporate said community, known as Town of Berlin, and that I have appointed the 13th day of February 2018, as a day for holding an election to determine whether or not said community desires to become incorporated, and having designated to Berlin Community Center in said community, located at 3309 U.S. Hwy. 278 East, Cullman, Alabama 35055,as the polling place, and having named Tony Duke, Marie Sanford and Mary Sue Freeman as inspectors to hold said election.Given under my hand this the 21st day of December 2017.
