Cullman City Schools Set 2018-2019 Calendar

The Cullman City Board of Education conducted their Regular Board Meeting on Monday inside Tillman Hall on the campus of Cullman High School.

On hand were Superintendent Susan Patterson, Board President Suzanne Harbin, and Board members Jason Neal, Chris Branham, Joey Orr, and Lee Powell.

The meeting itself took less than 10 minutes with a relatively easily accomplished agenda.

Perhaps the biggest highlight of the meeting was the always highly anticipated annual School Calendar. Today, Board members approved the Superintendent’s recommendations for the 2018-2019 Cullman City Schools Calendar.

It puts the start of the school year back as far as logistically possible into August 2018. The new calendar also gives teachers and students a bit longer reprieve coming out of the 2018-2019 Christmas and New Year’s Break.
