INTERVIEW Rusty Turner Seeks 3rd Term As District Judge

Wells ‘Rusty’ Turner III is a two-term 32nd Circuit District Judge serving all of Cullman County.

Judge Turner filed his election qualifying paperwork this week. He will be seeking re-election as District Judge for another six-year term.

In this interview, we ask the Judge to provide a self-assessment on his time in office, how he plans to campaign should he be opposed in the coming election campaign, and – if re-elected – what his plan and goals will be for another term:
