A ribbon-cutting ceremony is being at Culpepper Park on TODAY (Friday, March 9th) at 3:30 pm.

City dignitaries including the Cullman City Council, Park Board members, and key staff will attend the ribbon cutting.

The first 50 people get free hot dogs.

Parks and recreation staff will also hold games, relays, and fun activities.
