Head-On Collision In Vinemont – One Occupant Entrapped

Cullman e911 has dispatched emergency responders to the 2300 block of County Road 1435 in the Vinemont community.

The 911 caller reported a ‘head-on collision’ near Kampis Grocery around the intersection of County Road 1422 and 1435.

Vinemont-Providence Fire Department has personnel just arriving to begin the extrication process of an entrapped occupant.

Multiple medical teams from Cullman EMS have just arrived at the location.

Air Evac Lifeteam is expected to land their medical helicopter nearby the wreck scene with a landing zone currently being set-up by Vinemont.

Deputies with the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office have County Road 1435 blocked to through traffic in both directions with County Road 1422 negatively affected as well.

A Trooper with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency​ is expected to arrive shortly to begin an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision.
