Kim Johnson Named Secondary Teacher Of The Year

Kim Johnson teaches algebra and pre-algebra at Cullman Middle School.

According to Superintendent of Schools Dr. Susan Patterson, Johnson was recently named Cullman City Schools Secondary Teacher of the Year.

She has been mentioned by Alabama Conference of Educators (ACOE) saying:

“It was a great honor to be selected by my fellow educators. One of the nicest things was to see the excitement on the faces of my students!”

Mrs. Johnson was selected from a pool of school Teachers of the Year candidates including Kristie Noblett, West Elementary; Tonya Trammell, Cullman City Primary School; and Kristen Barnett, Cullman High School.

Also, congratulations to Patti Britton from East Elementary who was named Elementary Teacher of the Year.
