Teresa Kim Glenn Arrested For Selling Meth

The Cullman Police Department’s Crime Suppression Unit continues their efforts to rid the streets of illegal drugs.

This Unit has recently made an arrest to that end:

TERESA KIM GLENN (61) of Cullman

Ms. Hill was arrested at her residence along County Road 703 with Sergeant Chris Thomason listed as the arresting officer in the case.

The diminutive Glenn was charged with:

Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (4 counts)

After the arrest, she was taken to the Cullman Detention Center where she was processed and booked. She has been released after making a $5,000 property bond.

These are felony charges covered under the Code of Alabama 13A-012-211.

District Judge Wells ‘Rusty’ Turner has been assigned the case. Glenn filed an Affidavit of Substantial Hardship today.

District Attorney C. Wilson Blaylock’s Office will prosecute the case. Old-timers in Cullman may recall Glenn was a party to a Murder case back in August 1995.

The guilty plea in the case ended with a criminally negligent homicide ruling with a 10-year prison sentence handed down.

Glenn is a regular on the FRAC Docket (fines, restitution, and court costs) at the Cullman County Courthouse stemming from the incident in 1995.
