Smith Lake Park Fireworks Festival 2018
Wednesday, July 4, 2018, is the day.

The Smith Lake Park Fireworks and Music Festival commences Wednesday with a full array of arts and crafts vendors, mobile food artisans, plenty of live music, and spectacular fireworks!

Also, there will be the traditional, and well-attended golf cart parade, plus other contests for the entire family.

Gates to the park open at 8:00 am and remain open until well past the conclusion of the giant fireworks display.

Other park activities you can enjoy Wednesday are playing putt-putt golf in the newly updated putt-putt course, and the swimming pool will be open and renting kayaks, canoes, and paddle boards!

Park Admission is $5 per person.

There will be additional costs for Camping, Pool, Kayaks, Canoes, Paddle Boards, and Putt-Putt.

Artist Lineup and Schedule

The Steel Woods (7:30 to 9:00 pm)

A quartet of Southern rock traditionalists from Nashville, The Steel Woods lay claim to the sound pioneered by Lynyrd Skynyrd. The Steel Woods balance heavy blues-rock with Southern poetry and they add a bit of plainspoken outlaw country to the mix, as evidenced on their 2017 debut, Straw in the Wind.

Trey Lewis Music (5:30 to 6:30 pm)

Trey Lewis is an exceptional musician who has overcome extraordinary circumstances in his life. He is out to share that message with the world.

More significant than life with captivating energy and boundless talent are just a few ways to describe the Birmingham based country artist.

Clay Barker Music (3:30 to 5:00 pm)

Clay Barker is a passionate and experienced musician who was self-taught at the early age of 15. His music career took off in his hometown of Alexander City, Alabama in 2012 with the launch of his Contemporary Christian band, Raised in Glory. Clay’s debut single “Find Another You,” released in August 2017, tells a story of a boy’s heartbreak with a twist of soul and attitude becoming Clay’s foundational trademark as a singer/songwriter.

Crushing Atlas (1:00 pm to 3:00 pm)

Southern Rock / Alternative locals favorites from Guntersville, AL.

Terry Adams Music (11:00 am to 1:00 pm)

Terry Adams is a singer-songwriter from Birmingham, Alabama. Inspired by life, Terry writes with passion, honesty and heartfelt sincerity.

Justin Holt Music (9:30 am to 11:00 am)

Singer/ Songwriter based in Birmingham, AL
