Cullman City Board of Education Regular Meeting on July 17, 2018

The Cullman City School Board also held its regular meeting at 7:30 am on Tuesday morning.

The Board approved a significant amount of school system business.

Perhaps the most significant agenda item to be passed through involved a one-time stipend. It will be paid to ALL employees across the Cullman City School System.

The stipend kinks in for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year. The payment will be made in the first month of each employee’s 2018-2019 contract year. The amount of the payment will equal two (2) months of the increase in the contracted salary for 2018-2019, taking into consideration the 5% state raise and any applicable step increases when compared to the 2017-2018 contracts.
