Multi-time Offender Arrested For Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance

The Cullman Police Department’s Crime Suppression Unit continues their vigilance against drug and narcotic crimes in the City of Cullman.

The Unit recently arrested STEPHEN HAROLD WHITE (53) of Hanceville based upon evidence that he was allegedly selling methamphetamine.

Following the arrest, White was transported to the Cullman County Detention Center. He was then booked, processed and charged with:

• Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (2 counts)

Eight days later, White made bond and was released from jail, aided by G. Taylors Bail Bonding Company, LLC.

White filed an Affidavit of Substantial Hardship. He has been assigned, court-appointed attorney, Michael Raymond Burleson.

Moore is no stranger to the Cullman Judicial system. He has a lengthy criminal complaint record dating back to 1995 that includes issues with Controlled Substances, Violation of Dometic Protection, Theft, Criminal Trespassing, and a litany of traffic offenses.

The Honorable District Judge Wells Turner III will hear this current case. An Appearance Docket date has been set for White on August 6, 2018, at 9:00 am.
