More Methamphetamine Removed From Streets
by Cullman Crime Suppression Unit

INCIDENT #1

On Tuesday, the Cullman Police Department’s Crime Suppression Unit arrested:

JOSEPH LEE MICKLE (26) of Cullman

The arrest was made on an outstanding warrant.

During the arrest, Unit Officers recovered approximately 11 grams of Methamphetamine.

Mickle was then charged with:

• Unlawful Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance

Mickle was transported to the Cullman County Detention Center. He has since made bond and then, released into another agency’s custody.

INCIDENT #2

On Tuesdays, the Cullman Police Department’s Crime Suppression Unit arrested:

FRANKLIN JASON TURNER (39) of Hanceville

Mickle was transported to the Cullman County Detention Center where he faces charges of

• Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance (for selling Methamphetamine).

Turner was incarcerated at the time of his arrest on an unrelated drug charge. He is currently on parole and he remains incarcerated.
